On 11th September, the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Council partnered with the Barengi Gadjin Land Council Aboriginal CorporationExternal Link (BGLCAC) and the Institute of Public Administration of Australia (Victoria branch)External Link to deliver a very special event on Caring for Country.

Speakers were Stuart Harradine, representing BGLCAC and Rodney Carter, Chair of the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Council.

The event was attended by more than 300 people online and included a healthy discussion on matters affecting caring for Country and protecting Aboriginal Cultural Heritage.
